About
I’m Ignacio Alvarez. I lead engineering teams for a living — 10+ years building and scaling international high-performance groups. I’m also a father of two, which is its own kind of leadership challenge.
This is my workshop.
I’ve been obsessed with PKM tools for years — always collecting notes, never doing much with them. Private vaults full of stuff I never revisit. So I made this public. Forces me to actually finish things, or at least leave them in a state where someone else could pick up the thread.
How it’s organized
- Bench — what I’m actively working on. Logs, experiments, messy progress.
- Notes — ideas that survived the bench. More stable, more linked.
- Tools — things I’ve built. Interactive, usable.
- Scrap — fragments, quotes, half-thoughts. The offcuts.
- Shelves — books, games, music. The inputs that feed everything else.
Some notes are seeds (rough), some are growing (in progress), some are evergreen (stable). Everything is subject to change.
